Why this one
Three hours changes the outcome
A one-hour class gives you steps. Three hours in a row give you something else: time to get it wrong, correct it and repeat until your body understands without your head thinking about it. That's the difference between remembering a sequence and being able to improvise.
That's why the Saturday intensive is the best-value plan of the whole week. Ninety minutes per rhythm is the right block: enough to move from the basic step to actual figures, without reaching the point where nothing more goes in.
5:00 – 6:30 PM
Bachata. Basic step, hips, turns and partner connection.
6:30 – 8:00 PM
Salsa. Timing, spins, leading and travelling.
Level
Beginner and intermediate: you come in knowing nothing, you leave with a solid base.
