ecoTribuNova is a group trip and experience organization platform operating from Santiago, Chile. Through this website, users can: • Learn about upcoming trips and available experiences • Get detailed information about itineraries, prices, and conditions • Contact the organizing team via WhatsApp to sign up Travel services include, as specified in each offer: transportation, accommodation, activities, and meals.

Registration for trips is done through WhatsApp, as indicated in each listing. The booking is confirmed once: • The user has provided their contact details • Full or partial payment has been made according to the specific trip conditions • The organizing team has confirmed availability of spots Spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prices published on the website are expressed in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and include the services detailed in each trip. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice before booking confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed with the corresponding payment, the price is fixed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of registration through WhatsApp.

Cancellation conditions are as follows: • Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid • Cancellation between 3 and 7 days in advance: 50% refund of the amount paid • Cancellation less than 3 days in advance: no refund will be made If ecoTribuNova or Aureliai SpA cancels a trip for any reason, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded to all registered participants. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@aureliai.solutions or through WhatsApp.

By participating in our trips and experiences, the user agrees to: • Provide truthful and up-to-date information • Comply with established schedules and meeting points • Respect the rules of coexistence and safety during activities • Follow the instructions of the organizing team and service providers • Have valid identification documents when required • Inform about any relevant medical condition that may affect participation

Aureliai SpA acts as a group experience organizer and coordinates services from third-party providers (transportation, accommodation, activities). Accordingly: • We are not liable for damages caused by the breach or negligence of external providers • We do not assume liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in risk activities (such as karting), except in case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings during trips • We do not guarantee favorable weather conditions and are not liable for itinerary changes due to force majeure Participants are advised to purchase personal travel insurance.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, icons, and source code, is the property of Aureliai SpA or used with appropriate authorization. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The user agrees to use this website lawfully and in good faith. The following is prohibited: • Using the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes • Attempting to access restricted areas of the site • Interfering with the normal operation of the site • Collecting information from other users without their consent

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or the services provided, the parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Santiago, Chile, in accordance with current Chilean legislation. The user may also exercise their rights before Chile's National Consumer Service (SERNAC).

Aureliai SpA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this website. Users are advised to periodically review these terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, including Law No. 19,496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life.
